iMac 24-inch M1, M3 & M4 (2021–2024) Repair

Apple iMac

Looking for iMac 24-inch (Apple silicon) repair in London? Our technicians diagnose and fix it in-house, with a quote before any work starts.

The colourful 24-inch iMac with M1, M3 or M4 is only 11.5mm thick, with the logic board in the chin and an external power adapter that connects magnetically (with Ethernet on some models). The display is glued, storage is soldered, and there’s very little inside to fail. Most repairs are cracked screens, power problems and board faults.

Common faults we fix

  • Cracked screen
  • No power (adapter or board)
  • Board faults
  • Data recovery after failure

Price

We give you a fixed quote after a free initial assessment, before any work starts. The initial assessment and advice are free, as long as we don't need to open your Mac. If a technician needs to open it and spend time diagnosing the fault, or you need a report for an insurance claim, it is booked in as a diagnostic at £45 + VAT (£54). All prices are subject to inspection, and nothing is done without your approval.

Questions we’re often asked

Can you repair it the same day?

Many repairs are done on the same day when parts are in stock. Board-level work and data recovery usually take a few working days, and we’ll give you a realistic time when we quote.

Can I add more memory while it’s in?

No. On this model the memory is part of the chip package, so the amount it shipped with is what it keeps. If you’re short of memory, that’s worth knowing before spending on other repairs.

How much does it cost?

See the price section above. We always quote before starting, and if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for the repair.
