Looking for MacBook Air M5 repair in London? Our technicians diagnose and fix it in-house, with a quote before any work starts.
The M5 MacBook Air, released in March 2026, keeps the familiar design but brings the M5 chip, 512GB base storage and Wi-Fi 7 via Apple’s N1 wireless chip. Every one is still within Apple’s one-year warranty, so for manufacturing faults Apple is the right first stop. We help with accidental damage, liquid spills and data problems, and with diagnosis if you’re not sure whether a fault is covered.
The M5 Air also doubled base storage to 512GB, and the N1 wireless chip brings Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. If you have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth problems on a new M5 Air, a software update or network reset often fixes it, and we’ll check that before assuming a hardware fault.

Price
We give you a fixed quote after a free initial assessment, before any work starts. The initial assessment and advice are free, as long as we don't need to open your Mac. If a technician needs to open it and spend time diagnosing the fault, or you need a report for an insurance claim, it is booked in as a diagnostic at £45 + VAT (£54). All prices are subject to inspection, and nothing is done without your approval.
Questions we’re often asked
My Mac might still be under warranty. Should I come to you?
If the fault is a manufacturing defect and your Mac is within Apple’s warranty or AppleCare+, Apple is usually the cheapest route and we’ll tell you so. Accidental damage, spills and anything outside cover is where we can help, often faster.
Can you repair it the same day?
Many repairs are done on the same day when parts are in stock. Board-level work and data recovery usually take a few working days, and we’ll give you a realistic time when we quote.
Can I add more memory while it’s in?
No. On this model the memory is part of the chip package, so the amount it shipped with is what it keeps. If you’re short of memory, that’s worth knowing before spending on other repairs.
How much does it cost?
See the price section above. We always quote before starting, and if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for the repair.
