Mac Repair London offers repairs for the MacBook Air 15-inch M2 & M3 in Central London, from simple part swaps to component-level logic board work.
The 15-inch MacBook Air (A2941 with M2, A3114 with M3) gives you a big screen in a thin, fanless body. The large, thin lid is its vulnerability: screens crack from drops and pressure. Otherwise it’s reliable, and most of what we fix is accidental damage.
At 15.3 inches, this Air has the largest display ever fitted to a MacBook Air and a six-speaker sound system, but it keeps the fanless design. Most of what we see is screen damage from being carried in thin sleeves or bags.

Back up your files if it still starts, bring the charger or power cable, and write down what happened just before the fault appeared. The more detail you give, the quicker the diagnosis.
Which model do you have?
This page covers the MacBook Air 15-inch M2 & M3 (2023–2024) (Mac14,15 / Mac15,13; A2941, A3114). The A-number is printed in tiny text on the base, near the hinge. You’ll also find the model in Apple menu > About This Mac. Not sure? Bring it in and we’ll identify it for you.
Price
We give you a fixed quote after a free initial assessment, before any work starts. The initial assessment and advice are free, as long as we don't need to open your Mac. If a technician needs to open it and spend time diagnosing the fault, or you need a report for an insurance claim, it is booked in as a diagnostic at £45 + VAT (£54). All prices are subject to inspection, and nothing is done without your approval.
Questions we’re often asked
Can you repair it the same day?
Many repairs are done on the same day when parts are in stock. Board-level work and data recovery usually take a few working days, and we’ll give you a realistic time when we quote.
Can I add more memory while it’s in?
No. On this model the memory is part of the chip package, so the amount it shipped with is what it keeps. If you’re short of memory, that’s worth knowing before spending on other repairs.
Do I pay if you can’t fix it?
No. If the repair isn’t possible, you don’t pay for it, and the free initial assessment costs nothing.
